The client was seeking a Social Media Executive to develop in the role alongside the marketing objectives. The client was prepared to invest in further training for a less experienced candidate with some commercial experience who was a great team fit. Primarily they would be responsible for building the social communities by producing engaging and compelling content. The key objective was to find a candidate who understood and could report on detailed analytics.
